Tatos Frenchies Stud Contract

Rodolfo Prinzi of Tatos Frenchies has agreed to provide stud services to Dam Owner and their female.

The stud fee to Dam “____________________________________“ will be $____________which is to be paid in full to reserve the breeding for the dam owned by ______________________________.

Dam Owner will notify Rodolfo Prinzi at the first sign their female is entering her heat cycle.

For the health and safety of our males we do not allow natural ties.

Collection and overnight shipping fee, if needed, will be $300 per requested shipment, which is to be paid by Dam Owner.

Rodolfo Prinzi will provide up to 2 shipments per breeding. Each requested shipment is to be paid by Dam Owner in full prior to shipment.

**** Dam Owner understands that in order to receive semen shipped for next day delivery progesterone results MUST be received no later than 12 pm Eastern time. Progesterone results received after 12 pm central time may result in a 1 day delay in shipping of semen. So, please make sure you have spoken with your vet and they understand the importance of getting your appointment as early as possible. If your vet uses a send out lab make sure you have them call the following morning to remind the lab of the importance of the time.***

Dam Owner agrees that once the semen is shipped, Rodolfo Prinzi, of Tatos Frenchies, has fulfilled his end of the contract agreement for providing a semen collection and overnight shipping. There is no refund of shipping or stud fees if the requested shipping company does not deliver as promised.

*** Stud owner has no control over the packages arrival time or condition at the time of arrival. Therefore, we offer no refunds for shipping or stud fee due to courier service errors. The package may arrive later than the scheduled time, damaged and unusable, or it may be lost. For this reason we recommend having a backup stud that is local to you. Fedex, UPS, USPS, and other shipping companies generally deliver as promised but they have been known to deliver later than promised and they do lose packages on occasion.***

As long as progesterone testing is done prior to requesting the shipment of semen and the dam does not take or carry her pregnancy to term, Tatos Frenchies will offer ONE re-breeding within the following 12 months. Collection and shipping fees are to be paid by Dam Owner.

Dam Owner agrees that 2 or more puppies whelped will be considered a litter and stud services complete.

If 1 puppy or no puppies are whelped the stud owner, Rodolfo Prinzi, will offer ONE rebreeding on the same female within the next 12 months. If the Dam Owner chooses not to do the rebreeding on the same female within the following 12 months this contract will be considered fulfilled by both parties and the stud owner, Rodolfo Prinzi, will not owe another breeding to Dam Owner.

If for any reason the dam is to die or become sick/injured and un-breedable prior to stud services taking place, or during pregnancy this breeding may be transferred to another approved female owned by Dam Owner.

If for any reason the stud should die or become sick/injured prior to stud services taking place the stud fee will be refunded in full by Rodolfo Prinzi.

Dam Owner will have 12 months from the date this contract was entered to use the stud service to Studs Name.

Dam Owner understands that stud credits with Tatos Frenchies may not be sold or transferred to any other person. Stud credits are only good for the original party to this agreement and the agreed upon female to be bred.

Dam Owner understands and agrees there will be No Refunds for any reason other than those stated in this agreement.
